Moisture Remediation

A finished floor can be no better than the sub-floor underneath. When floors fail, it is in many cases not the fault of the product that is on top, but rather the concrete slab the floor is installed over. When a concrete sub-floor is crafted improperly and has a pH level out of industry tolerance, it will bleed out excess moisture outwards. This causes H2O to mix with adhesives used to hold the finished floor to the slab, and ultimately fail.

CCS understands what can cause these conditions and knows how to resolve the problems excess moisture causes. Our trained technicians know how to work with concrete and how to bring it into industry tolerances to insure your finished floors will not fail, because of moisture issues.

Floor Leveling

After years of use, even the best of sub-floors will require some maintenance. CCS knows the proper procedure for substrate repair, as well as what the best materials are for each job. Our trained technicians keep abreast of the latest innovations and products to properly fix concrete, wood, metal, terrazzo and gypsum interior substrates.

Lift Systems

If your workspace has been designed with modular system furniture (cubicles), then the renovation of the space can be completed without any teardown or rebuild, by the use of modular carpet tiles and CCS's patented Lift System. CCS's expert installers can lift furniture systems from Steelcase, Herman Miller, Haworth, Teknion, Knoll, Allsteel, Inscape, Trendway, and just about any other system commercially available.
